A Productive Unity Editor Layout that Serves You
It may seem trivial, but a good Unity editor layout can greatly enhance productivity during the development course.
Here is one that I find works well for developing my galaxy shooter game. To get a custom layout, simply follow the steps below:
Step1-Choose the “Tall” layout
Step2-Drag the “Game” window below the “Scene” window, so that changes in the scene can be directly viewed in the “Game” window.
Step3-Change to the “Two-column” view for the “Project” window to have a clear view of the folder hierarchy.
Step4-Save the layout for later use.
There you have it. You can always go back to default or adjust the layout to your specific needs to achieve maximum efficiency :)
